Governance at Seven Fiduciaria is based on transparency and professionalism
Making decision independently
The core of Seven’s governance is its board of directors, which is made up of four/five independent professionals, specialised into different sectors of the trust company.
We aren’t related to any credit institutes nor any institutional or private investors.
This allows us to work with impartiality, exclusively in the interest of our clients, who are given assistance as to how to pursue their objectives and who are guided at every stage of the process by qualified professionals.
Management control
The board of directors performs control and steering activities.
The board:
- verifies that daily activities are performed in accordance with the norms in force;
- certifies that all requirements for professionals are respected.
The board of directors also carries out steering duties in the management of Seven Fiduciaria, based on the qualified experience and the constant update of all the fields that Seven Fiduciaria focuses on, it sets future goals, to offer clients new solutions and growth prospects.

Control activities by the Ministry
As a trust company, Seven Fiduciaria works in accordance with the right to confidentiality, which is guaranteed by the national laws.
This sensitive and important matter implies some specific requirements as a guarantee for clients and any third parties involved, including financial administration.
We have been authorised via a decree by the Ministry of Economic Development and with the approval by the Ministry of Justice. The decree was published on the Official Journal on 24 March 2009. We are also constantly under the supervision of the monitoring authority belonging to the Ministry of Economic Development.
Requirements of the Board of Directors
Whatever the structure of the company, the general manager or the members of the board, as well as the board of statutory auditors must comply with the principles of:
- respectability: no pending judicial cases;
- professionalism: one or at least two members must be registered to the Association of certified accountants, should the board of directors be made up of at least four people

Skills of the staff
Our staff has all the requirements that employees and attorneys who can build up relations between the trustees and the third parties need as per law.
More specifically the relationships within our staff are based on a contractual bond and the coordinated, continuing collaboration with the trust company.
